5- Order confirmation: to be sure that your order has been recorded, you must reach this step. You can now print your order confirmation. You will also receive an email confirmation with your order reference and tracking number.
A complete order, available in stock and validated by credit card before 1 p.m. is processed during the day . For a complete order validated by credit card after 1 p.m., the average processing time is 24 hours .
Orders are prepared from Monday to Saturday, when all products are available.
If an item is unavailable, your order will be prepared upon receipt of it.
To be informed about the tracking of your orders, you can go here . You will then be asked for an order number. This can be found in the order confirmation email sent to you following your order.
It is important to note that due to computer processing time reasons, tracking information may not be visible until a few days after receiving your tracking number .
If you have a valid promo code, enter it in the 'Promo code' box during the checkout process, and click 'Apply'.
If when you enter your tracking number, no information is available, it is likely that you will have to wait a few more days for the information to update.

Shipping and Return
For our products shipped from France, our average delivery times, including processing of your order, shipping and delivery of the package, are between 3 and 5 working days .
For our products shipped from abroad, our average delivery times, including processing of your order, shipping and delivery of the package, are between 7 and 15 working days .
Please note, these times are an estimated average. Our delivery times may vary from one product to another.
We are currently offering a free delivery offer with no minimum purchase in mainland France for a limited time.
Our products are stored and shipped in warehouses located in France, Europe and Asia.
In order to limit our storage costs and our labor costs, we work directly with our partner suppliers.
When you receive your order, it is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport and that the product is in perfect condition.
If damage is noted, it is advisable to note it if possible on the carrier's delivery note. It is recommended to keep the packaging in the event of returning the product and to benefit from your right of withdrawal.
The verification must be carried out upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person.

If your package is in transit with the carrier, we invite you to collect it from the address indicated on the delivery notice.
We also ask you to check on your order tracking that the delivery address indicated on your order is correct.
We do everything possible to guarantee delivery intact and in accordance with your order. If, despite our efforts, you receive a defective product, please contact us upon receipt of your package to notify us of any lack of conformity.
Quite. If this case arises, contact us quickly. You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal . All information will be communicated to you by email. The return costs are your responsibility.
